Confirmation of Nexon's CRAP Customer Service

well many of you kow nexon's customer service is terrible. well see this here is a ticket i sent ME:Dear Nexon and Customer Service i have been trying to charge nexon cash over the past few months and am very disappointed. i really like this game and i want to support it, however no other options are feasible. i cannot use paybycash and cannot use paypal. i have no access to game cards so that is not a possible option either . i would like to ask for your help and try and fix it. the problem is i get this error even before i have logged into my paypal account. also i am european if that affects it. if by any chance you could sell game codes on the website that would maybe increase overall income as people from other countries that are veterans and have been playing for a long time would buy. it would be great if you could sell codes online. this could work buy 1- buying a code and the code is sent via e-mail 2- calling hotline number and getting told the code then i hope you fx this problem and take my idea into consideration thanks TICKET REPLY: Thank you for contacting Nexon America's Customer Support team. It's not their fault if you can't purchase NX cards. This is NORTH AMERICA Maplestory now, so they don't put cards in other continents. You could try buying prepaid debit/visa cards and purchasing NX with those though. That's how my other European friends buy NX.

Reading the first few sentences are enough to get an idea of what the problem is.

They're in Holland and they use "Wally Cards" or something like that, then they go to paybycash I think and it lists all the different kind of cards in your area and you choose which one you're paying with. I'm not sure if this is exactly what they do, I can't remember the details.

People who just give them a good idea is to them a big waste of time. You can try to start a topic on the nexon forums if you want to make your ideas heard. But you can send money to them in an envelope for example. Wallie cards aren't the only way to use paybycash.
