To get slime shoes or not go get slime shoes

So im lvl 27, and I kinda want slime shoes...i mean they add 1 stat, so its not that bad, but then again its not that great...a semi decent scrolled bss would be better, but then again i dont have that much money...should i stay at 30 until i get the shoes? or should i just keep kpqing until 30, and see if i get the shoes?

I heard there's the possibility for getting the stats of the king slime shoes from 1-3 on each stat. About the boss monster cards, the drop rate is Awful, I've done more than 50 Orbis Pqs and I haven't got the card even once.

I'm not sure they're dropping since the last patch anymore... I KPQed enough to get me 26 to 28 last night and soloed king slime almost every time, and he never dropped anything but the ticket. Got a monster card from the slimes though. Edit: Nvm. I PQed for half a level today and got 2.
