At the beginning of the year, we had to redo our student council president election because some sixth-graders didn't know they couldn't vote twice. That makes me want to facepalm. What are your facepalm moments?

I was in advisory, (home room) when they showed the student council election, and then, guess what? We couldn't vote at all, they only had one person for president, vice president, etc.
