As you continue to level, the amount of dex it will take to = 1 atk will continue to increase, so the FS will be a better choice in the long run (if they aren't already). I'd go with the FS.

If you have both, try equipping both and seeing what your range changes by...

FS is slightly better, but for the same cost you can get a better Pirate shoe than that.
