well my school, we have heaters, but no AC? my FREAKING MATH CLASS IS SO DAM HOT its so stupid. and no, its not because our skool is old. well yes it is old, but we just installed heaters into it, but not AC! WHY! i mean, if its cold, just throw in some jackets or bring something to wear, but when its hot, how do you freaking concentrate? in my math class its like a stove, even when the weather is not hot, my teacher is so freaking useless. i complained to her telling her i don't feel well in your class because its hella hot. shes like i've been contacting the principal and they are trying to send in people to fix it, well nothing has happened for the past half year.. i hate it, it makes my glasses fog up and she goes too fast. ITS SO HOTTTTTTTTTT at skool these days, why do we even need heaters when were obviously going through global warming. heaters at home is okay, but at skool? you gotta be kidding me. does your skool have ac?

It's like, they turn on the AC during winter, and they turn on the heater during summer ]: Does your school not have enough money to install ACs? D:

Open the windows.

Yes my school does have AC. But you shouldn't really blame it on the teacher. The country wide is going through budget cuts so I wouldn't be surprised if you guys don't have AC.

my school has both ac and heaters<3. Maybe you should try telling your principal and see what happens?

Hankus said: "It's like, they turn on the AC during winter, and they turn on the heater during summer ]: Does your school not have enough money to install ACs? D:" That means they have no heater nor AC then because it is normally COLD in the witner and HOT in the summer lol.

jointedWell jackets generally aren't allowed to be worn throughout the day in the classroom, at least in my area. Sweatshirts and hoodies are okay usually but "jackets are for outside". So you'd need a heater to stay warm in winter/fall/early spring. It pretty much only gets hot towards the end of spring and summer and the majority of that time, school is out already

Well what's the opposite of putting on more clothes..?
zael212 04/19/09 + PM | QUOTE | PERMALINK | REPORT
We have both. Usually too cold in science, and too warm in math.

I remember my Algebra 2 class the ac broke so it just kept running and running so that when we came in in the morning the desks had like this layer of water on them...it sucked. It was easier to fall asleep though.

If you had A/C instead of heater, then you would have made a thread called "why do schools have A/C?" complaining about how your school is always cold and that you installed A/C but not heaters. Be careful what you wish for, at least you aren't getting sick right now.
