Item Level, Item Exp?

You know the grey writing underneath an equip. What is that for? Something still unreleased? Under Req fame it says Item LEV. and Item EXP. Yeah, so what does it do? Thanks.

It was in a screeny in basil, there are these medals in kms that gives extra percentage of exp when you equip them. Edit: It had numbers written on the item exp part

Then tell your "friend" to stop playing Pizza Slices. As you kill monsters with the Timeless Weapons, they gain exp and grow levels, gaining effects. That's what the Item LV and Item EXP are for.

Most likely the items u saw in the Pizza Slice weren't the actual Timeless Weapons, I heard before those are Reversal Weapons. They are entirely like Timeless Weapons but do not have the "Item Level" or "Item Exp" feature. Real Timeless Weapons use the "item Level" and "Item Exp" features and are untradeable when you equip them, there not in GMS data yet I think not sure.
