When does pierce replace iron arrow?

Since it takes a second to charge up...what level pierce should it be until it permanently replaces iron arrow? And is it true that level 1 snipe can hit 190k because that's what people are telling me. x_x Sorry if this topic has been made a million times...And I'm no good when it comes to formula. -waits for AGF members to come- For snipers, I think PKB is a must at Lower ascent even if your going early blizzard. Because when you jump down to another platform, there's always Windraiders in your way. Also take the bottom platform for example. There's a higher platform and a lower one like this. -------- _X__X_X__X___ . The X's are the mobs of Windraiders so the best way to do it is to blizzard, pkb, then iron arrow since iron arrow can't "bend".

Puppet is a lot more useful than blizzard. I normally PKB the far left one over into the mob and then Puppet so they all pile up ^_^ Only time I used Blizzard at Wind Raiders was to recast booster/SA/Focus ^_^ link < Pierce question and yes, level 1 Snipe does between 195k-199k with a very long CD.

I was also going to refer to that thread that he posted about pierce. I have level 1 Snipe. Click on my "I'm a MarksMaster, Mwahaha" thing at the bottom x]. I've always used pkb A LOT at windraiders. When I didn't have AE, I used it on nearly every mob. ____ @above snipe can go down to 190k.

lv1 pierce for sure replaces iron arrow IF AND ONLY IF you made a mistake and put points on final attack like me =(
