Let me first apologize for this being in the wrong section! I'm very sorry and hope you understand that I put it here to get fast results as this is urgent. Recently I changed my password on Maple and everything went fine for awhile until my password changed! I quickly changed all the info on my e-mail and changed my password but when I tried today all my e-mail info was changed including the secret question of my e-mail and my MapleStory password was changed again. I downloaded MalwareBytes and Spybot but they didn't find any keyloggers at all but I'm convinced it has to be a keylogger because that's the only way they could have access to all the info that I changed in my e-mail. I would like to ask if anyone has a 100% keylogger removal tool please . I appreciate all help. Thank you.

Nice try but I changed my security question when I changed my password the first time. So how would they have got my new security question answer? EDIT: The security question for my e-mail was the one that was changed... not my Nexon. |

I suppose you should try AVG. Its pretty good and it detects almost anything. Theres also a good add up if you pay for it. Another way of deleting it is to find where the keylogger is located on the HM and delete it.

I don't think there is such a thing as a 100% keylogger remover tool, but you should try Avira Antivir if you haven't because they updated and are very good in detecting virusses/ keyloggers/ etc... (a bit too good sometimes lol)

boot the computer in SAFE mode. run malware bytes. MAKE SURE to update it. Let it finish running. Download avast. (avast.com) to go downloads>programs> home free edition. download it and run the file. Once done, restart your computer. then go to the homepage of avast.com and register an acccount. This will give you a 30 or 60 day ( i forgot) free trial to use the scanner. Once you register, check your e-mail and ge tthe code. On your taskbar, you should have a pic of avast. right click it , choose start avast antivirus. Enter in your code. BTW once your code runs out you just re-register again so basically its unlimited. select scan area(check everything) and run the scan/

link Scan with that in safe mode. If you don't already have an AV, download Avast! or Avira; else disregard this part or remove your previous one and install on of these. Have only one AV installed at a time.

Thank you everyone who helped. I used AVG and it found a rootkit and MalwareBytes found several trojans, I jut don't know if these could transmit all my info.
