What would happen if you made a Claw Puncher? A Sin that does not use stars and punches around with a claw? Adds STR and LUK (Gets Equips of a DEXLESS Sin) First Job - Maxes Disorder, Nimble Body and Dark Sight (1 on anything) Second Job - Maxes Claw Mastery (+ Acc) , Maxes Claw Booster (Speeds up punching speed), Haste, Maxes Critical Throw (Dunno if you do Critical DMG without stars) and Max Endure (Last point on Drain) Third Job - Max Flash Jump, Max Shadow Partner, Max Meso Up, Max Alchemist, Max Shadow Web, Max Shadow Meso Would this work?

Claws have really low attack, i think you'd be better off just being a thief and using the same weapons as beginners.

No, claws don't have the right damage multiplier or amount of WEP-ATT for this. And, I don't think LUK does anything for claw-punching, so you might as well go DEX.

Three problems I see. I don't think STR adds damage for sins, even if it is claw "punching." I also believe that Shadow partner does not allow you to punch twice. And pretty much from level 10, you'll be hitting ones.

Sure, it'll work, though chances of you getting to second job is really low. The damage would be around 1xx at level 30. I think. Claws have low base attack, which is why we have stars (att+15 at the least, +30 for the most)
