Why do kids/adult never flush the toilet after they are done

Hi Basilers! Why do people never flush the toilet after taking a dump? Every time i walk into the school bathroom, I see either pee or crap on the toilet :[

THe toilets at my school are automatic, however sometimes if you throw toilet paper in and its not all the way in the water, it gets stuck there... Very disturbing to see bloody tissues not completely flushed. Please girls,, press the flush button again

It was gross, But i LOL'ed really bad And why do I use the School's bathroom? Well, I need to go pee>_< I can't hold it for 7 hours and 30 minute ya know?
