Open up your computer and look at the bottom of the motherboard. This is only if you're on a desktop. Look at the color coded cables. There should be like a greenwhite, redwhite, bluewhite, colored cable or something along the lines of that. Do not touch anything while your computer is on unless you feel like frying your computer if you screw up. Check all the cords (by looking) and see if you see any of the cords out of place, or pulled out. If so, turn off the computer, push the cord back in (the cord should have a connecting thingy at the front that says USB, its connected to the case's front). Then turn it back on and see if it works. If not, did you install libUSB lately for jailbreaking or something along the lines of that? If so uninstall it. Edit: If none of this works, maybe try a system restore to when it was working? If it does not work, revert back, or go back a little further.

uninstall your usb driver that you plugged the keyboard into via 'Device Manager' basically when you plugin your keyboard and it doesnt detec the keyboard being plugged in there should be a 'yellow error triangle' that then popsup and one of ur usb slots. uninstall that one. then restart comp.

Try the keyboard on another computer. If it isnt working there either, we can assume its an internal problem (or your computers are just being mean) Your model, MX3200, has a ridiculous 5 years warranty. Contact Logitech via their website, and start a help request. They will be extremely nice, and try to help you. If their help doesn't work, they will send you a new one free of charge. (you dont even need to return the old one). Long Live Logitech.
