i took a antibiotic pill for my finger infection but i started doing my daily work out right after. When i started doing sittups i started coughing choking and gagging uncontrollably. then it slowed and i coughed up a huge cloud of white dust. some of it remained in my mouth so i got some water and washed it down. Its been about 10 minutes since then and i cant stop coughing, my head is throbbing and my throat burns. Someone help i cant take it. im home alone and cant get to the hospital.

assuming you aren't lying, tell whoever you live with, seek medical attention, search what it could be and possible ways to fix it on google.

An alergic reaction, most likely. Don't worry about it; it sounds mild. Talk to your doctor about your antibiotics, and keep a phone handy if it gets worse; paramedics should have everything they need on hand if your status begins to decrease.
