| Hoping for a rward that isn't based entirely off of luck, like making the new danas part of a timed JQ or something and you get the color based on your time. |

| Nexon said: "we haven't been the best in communicating with you and making sure you are satisfied in-game" Epic understatement. "We apologize" doesn't mean anything. Empty promises about hackers and P ikachu's S words doesn't make up for their hoarness. They could start by prioritizing their actions. <_< Hackers ruin game play. Pikachu's Swords don't. we will bring up Tespia |

[quote]We want to make our game the best in the world Must I comment?" All i can say to this is sthu. Youve obviously didnt get a chance to see how ms was a few years ago. If you had, you would know how much Nexon has helped the community against hackers. There were NO hackers for the longest time after Nexon stepped up the security, but somethin you should know about hacking is that once a hack is patched, people will go to great lengths to upgrade their own programs in order to bypass the game. And the funny thing about it is that alot of them do it just to prove that they can. A great number of them also do it because they find some sort of satisfaction when pple relying on them and there programming. Hence why they release them despite knowing that they will eventually become useless, and when that happens, they just keep adding to it until it can bypass again. You cannot fully get rid of hacking. You can for periods of time, but there will always be at least one person that will try to get around nexons security. And when others realize that persons success, theyll be given the idea to do so as well. It is a repetative process that nexon is constantly fighting. Truthfully, hackers are good for one thing and thats helping nexon find the flaws in the games design so they can patch it up. eventually, with new patches and upgrades a new flaw may make way and hackers will flock to it. but nexon has ALWAYS patched a hack once it becomes known. its just that hackers dont kno when to give up. like i said, theyll go to great lengths. id go in more detail but im driftin from my original point. the point is, nexon has always done its best to get rid of hacking. Back before they had the support they do now, the game was filled with hackers and you couldnt train without being on the same map as at least 5. blah blah blah happened, Suddenly, hacking was put at a minimal where it eventually stopped altogether. blah blah blah. blah blah blah some more... But then slowely more hackers found a way through the system and people started to hack, however the hacks were unstable and eventually it was still hard to find hackers without them dc'ing. they found a way to make it more stable but it didnt last long because they got blocked again. then they came back, but repetavely were being blocked. bla bla bla, hacking once again caught up and there were hackers at all the popular training places. but again they got blocked bla bla bla and we find ourselfs where we are now. hacking isnt everywhere. but there are still hackers. eventually they will be blocked and then the hackers will develop a new bypass etc etc with the way maplestory runs, the gam |

Only thing I want nexon to do is give better exp rate at lpq, or lower exp rate at CPQ so that the two pqs balance more, lpq used to supply maple with ores now the ores hae become extremely rare. Example? I sold a GARNET jewel for around oh... 500k! That is 50k per ore!" This is actually another problem, this isn't due to ores becoming rare, this is due to them becoming incredibly common, and the market inflating so much. I suppose its not a bad thing though, helps newbies get come easy cash. |
