Sword and att shields?

What attack does my 1handed sword need to be in order to match a 7/77 zard and how much are waepon att shields ive never boughten on and would like to get one

To match ? You will need a 77 attack sword to match? But it depends on the speed and DPM. I don't know your damage.

Just get a Lionheart--only 64 attack is needed to match the Zard.

I've heard that one-handed swords need 7 attack more to match with two-handed swords.

One Handed Sword - [(STR * 4.0 + DEX) / 100] * Weapon Attack Two Handed Sword - [(STR * 4.6 + DEX) / 100] * Weapon Attack you need: 77 x 4.6 / 4.0 = ~88-89 att basicly, you need total wep att of 88 from shield and 1h sword to match the zard.(assuming u dont have any other wep att bonus) *note* dex is also ignored

A lionheart is fast (4). It's one of the fastest 2h swords out there.

If you don't slower 2h weapons always get a baised advantage.

If you've got a glowing whip already, buying a lionheart may not be worth the trouble. I say keep the whip and use it until level 50. Don't buy an atk shield and at that point get yourself a nice jap map. Aim for 80+ attack.

Aim for 80+ attack." i see i also still have 4 more slots on my whip say i get it to 85 attack still a good idea to swith to map ? and if i do get ti to 85 should i get like a 5 att shield or a 15 str shield?

all of this is a bit obsolete :X its hard 2 give u an exact answer on what weapon u should get and what attack it should be. it all depends on your personal preferences. 1h sword or 2h sword? heres a break down 4 u 1h sword: pros-faster, can use a shield, means more defense, cheaper, means generally more "godly" weapons cons- less damage in general, shorter reach, just doesnt look as cool :D imo 2h sword: pros - stronger, longer reach, cooler looking imo, ms 1h swords r kinda ehh -.- cons - slowers, more expensive, so weapon is generally worse than a 1h sword with same funding did i miss anything? well, thats basically it. on my fighter, i had both 1h and 2h axe, i didnt worry about shield atk because thats liek DANG I DONT GOT THAT KINDA MONEY rofl. like, i had a 90 atk? (i 4got) black paintbrush and a 88 atk? (4got again) rising(is that the name? haha). i switched often, but i prefered the paintbrush. looked fun using it, had long reach, and was a pretty high atk so it was only tiny bit weaker than my rising. and sorry 4 using axes as the reference, never made a sword fighter :X
