so im staying at 60 dex is this pretty good?

It's OK. Just add sufficient ACC or DEX equips when you start missing things. Be aware that these equips will cost you. And try to get a zakum helmet at level 50; will save you a lot of trouble. Later on (> lvl 120+) you could drop your DEX to what you can afford.
