Hi guys! i decided to take a break on my bowmaster and try playing an xbowman instead. I'm lvl 37 now and trying to lvl by doing lots of mcpq. Thing is, I always get mobbed in rooms 3/4 and 1/2 provides too little cp. If i try to get into a rm 5/6 pq, the damage hoars of MSEA would tell me that I'm too low level for the rombots , and I get ks-ed alot on the robos. Just wondering, any tips on winning in rooms 3/4 for my xbowman? My att range is a decent 2xx-75x on warrior pills I have 14 mastery and 1 Iron arrow.

when I do cpq, I always use avoid up. It helps. and try getting some warriors to mob while you kill at the sides

On my hunter, I used to stand at the sides. Strategy is really important in CPQ, look at what the jobs in the other party are. If there are a lot of warriors, avoid up and cancel weapon attack really helps.

hmm thing is, on MSEA, the brats always go 'max trojan and dun summon anything else pl0x'. if we played with tactics, I don't think I'll lose. But when it comes to pure mob whacking, my maple gf (a hunter) and I get pwned pretty bad. edit: it takes like more than 10 minutes to find a decent normal party to fight with without them leaving halfway.

What i did on my xbow was in room 3/4 stand at the wall(either side) You see 1 come out you hold DS, you see a mob hold IA, and since you're at the wall you're further back which allows more shooting.

What I did was a lot of jump shooting, PKBing to get the mobs away while attacking. If I got mobbed I'd go to a ladder and then run away and back jump shoot with arrow bomb. I have 140% speed though so it helped me run from mobs easier. And if they max Rombots you can snipe them from the platforms. Lol

waaaiiiittt If you have a bm, shouldn't you have godly equips? Just show those "hoars of MSEA" how much damage you can do

stay on the edges, carful shooting at trojans, their kb animation is so long that you can miss a 2nd kb with them and get over run, dont fire as fast as you normally would(sounds dumb but if you get what i mean it makes sense). Max IA i think so then you canmob, thats what i did. Maybe SA and Booster low lvls. SA so you dont have to spend money at all even on arrows(which are easy but a hassile to refil) and unlimited pots the casting period and what not dosent matter

Hmm, maybe you should level up to 42 or so by grinding. Then you can start racking up the points with 60% mastery and less time recasting booster/SA. But then again, CPQ is faster. Your choice.

I rarely get mobbed at CPQ. I always remembered having warriors to accompany me. No to mention that I invested in a few points into PKB
