Oh yes you can. Get a zhelm, dex overall dex shoes. THat's more then 60 mil but w.e i'm guessing you can merchant for more or eventaully get more

he has a 10 dex bathrobe (100%ed) but i guess hes getting a better 1. and what about str gear o.o dont i need that to wear claws and stuff

u'll need dex "at ur level" for claws and stuff. all pirate equips are that way with dex and str in regards to the level req. so for a nice claw, u need to worry about lots of scrolling, or dex equips to meet the req
