LVL 103 Elemental Ice Staff

I'm really interested in getting a lvl 103 ice staff, but I'm not exactly sure how much I should expect to pay. There's a 2/122 clean in Bera with an offer at 300m. I'd be fine with something average (which is 1/118 I think?). How much could I predict to pay for one with those stats? Assuming I could even find one.

I'm not sure about Bera prices. But do you have the 105 LUK necessary to wield it? Some people don't know that Elemental Staves need LUK while the Wands don't.

I haven't seen one around recently though since they're pretty hard to find so I'm not too sure on the prices. My guess for the average e-staff3 in bera would be around 200m.
