Many of you may not know this, but tomorrow, April 17th is a day of silence. This day is meant to pay respect to the Gays and Lesbians who suffer from discrimination, harrassment, or abuse because of their sexual orientation. My question to you Basil is, will you be taking this vow? This vow is meant to be taken seriously, for you will pay the respect of silence to those who suffer from such abuse. Personally, I may or may not be taking this vow for a few reasons. #1, It is somewhat impending that I speak throughout the day because I am constantly in need of communicating with peers, however, I do not possess a negative attitude or hatred towards gays or lesbians. I hope you people take this thread into consideration and carefully. Please, think, and then post what you will do or what you think. Thank you.
