japanese map VS lion fang

um which one is better, my friend is b>me a scrolled one , and i cant decide whic one to get. lion fang is cooler looking but jap map adds more dmg? which one is better scrolled.....um a 80 atk jap map or 80 atk LF? TY

how long can a jap map last? can it last past a rohen a 85+ atk one or should i ditch it at lv 64 and get a scrolled rohen?

If you can get a 105+ Rohen it might be worth looking into. Otherwise I'd go 85 Map over 104 or less Rohen unless you really needed the accuracy. Just my opinion.

To 100% in LMPQ on the Macis takes about 56 (actually 55.2) accuracy at level 70, plus about 2.15 accuracy per level you are below the Macis, rounded up (hence the 56). So at level 65 it takes 66 acc, at level 60 it takes 77 accuracy, and at level 50 it takes 99 accuracy.

*Shudders* Today a fighter was trying to justify to me how his Zard was better DPM than my Lionheart. Epic fail much? Lol. OT: Buy a Jap map, you would have to have a godly lionheart to out DPM the map, so dont waste the money. But it is better for me that people buy the Lions Fang, because thats easy money :D

Heh I'm old fashioned. When my character was lower, he used the zard and the lions fang :P. The sparta and the daiwa sword, and the doombringer. There really wasn't anything called DPM o_O, but now a days I'm pretty sure a jap map destroys a lions fang.

In GMS mine were: Lionheart, Maple Soul Singer, Jeweled Katar & Lion's Fang (I used the Katar 90% of the time and the Fang 10%), Sparta and Daiwa, the latter two being based solely on availability. For me, using a weapon slower than Fast(5) was actively painful to watch.
