help my labtop keeps restarting

ok well i was turning on my labtop this morning and the screen turned blue and it restarted.... after that it kept on restartinh over and over again. i tried to find my labtop box with the cds that have the system restore but i couldent find it... i thunk i threw it awau XC. also i camt access the login because after it says windows xp... it restarts. plz yelp me basiLers

Its "laptop" by the way. It sounds like you have some corrupted boot files. Without the system restore disks you will have to either order another copy from the manufacturer or create your own boot disk from a floppy. I dont know the exact nature of your problem without any error codes, so I cant really help much more.

This happend to me once because of my ipod. When I unplugged my ipod from my computer it worked again.
