Its ok but usually STR-less Archers lose their advantage around level 100+. Its easier and more practical to just go regular-STR or even better low-STR

Go Strless till 50 then add your str back from 50~70 or do something related to this :D

of course it's ok. it's not a wise choice tho. Low Str is the way.
