pin reset on maplestory.nexon.net

For some reason I have never been able to receive the conformation email for my pin reset, no matter how many times I press the "pin reset" button. I have tried contacting nexon several times but I have had no luck. And for some reason, I am able to receive other emails from nexon but not the pin reset one. Anyone know what the problem might be?

try to see if you accidentally marked nexon as spam, and check your spam box right after you send it. The exact thing happened to me today and it took me a while to figure it out lol but i got to reset my pin :D

I know a way to find your email you used for registration. Log on maplestory site. Click on charge NX Go to paybycash Then you continue Then you have to fill in your info, but you dont. in the first tab you will see your email used on registration! this works and i tested it. hoped i help you

are you sure you have the right email you signed up with? and can't you just change you pin in game?
