I'm almost certain the 16+ age limit is for legal reasons - they DO employ you if you're the right person, and they want to avoid any problems concerning child labor and such things (if you give false data they aren't the ones to blame). If you're actually younger and do your work right, they won't care, but anyways you have to give a phone number - and if they call you they may ask for your parents to certify your age for example (though i'm pretty sure they won't bother).

Well it is nice to see this type of stuff. Gets the community involved in reporting others aswell. Even tough i do see some hate againsts the maplers who are forum mods in the future..
