They are not, because Bows require more Strength to hold, so Bowmasters have more Strength, aya.

Actually, it's all about luck once you think about it. What if a level 200 BM uses hurricane but never scores a critcal, and a MM uses strafe and 100% hits criticals by a lucky chance?

reasons: - xbowmen have 5 more dex - xbows have 2 more base attack of the same level - xbow has better formula for damage (3.6 for xbow , 3.4 for bow)
