As you can see they have been banning alot of hackers lately that's why your ranks have gone up without gaining any exp.Aparently they have hired new GM's and caused many hackers to quit because of massive perma bans.I was also a hacker and still am but I think I am also going to quit it's hard to go legit after being a hacker anyways congratulations nexon! P,S they still need to work on testing patches before releasing and better customer service.

With the release of CWKPQ, updates on items and its availability and Mini-dungeons..they are indeed getting better. Not counting the real presence of GM in the middle of a map.

Yes. I think it's the survey they send to people. I don't know if it's old or what (rarely check my email). They took suggestions and stuff. Maybe they listened well this time. I personally think Nexon has been improving since day 1. People just don't like Nexon or appreciate them for their improvements. Yes, they screw up on Patch times, yes they leave bugs and glitches behind, but I don't think they would do that intentionally.

You are right,they are improving. However,some people will never be satisfied with Nexon... I don't even know why they still play...

Nexon has been improving since the beginning, but theres always whiners that cant be satisfied no matter how much they do. theyre always banning hackers, and always have been. however they stopped releasing the names of banned characters until recently to show that they are doing stuff despite users claims. Nexons customer service is exceptional compared to other mmorpg running companies(dont get me started on aeriagames). And in my opinion, very reasonable during these sort of times...They went from taking months to answer a ticket to taking from a half hour to a week.(sometimes more depending on the subject, if its a busy time of the week, if there was a patch recently...of course tehre will be underlying factors affecting the response times).

The hacking problem was number 1 priorty for nexon since they were able to hire more GM's I guess these new GM's will be able to answer more emails so customer service will be improving aswell very soon.

i'm actually not afraid to buy 2x now because i can train without getting ks'd by hackers... on a side note saw a hacker at hhg1.... but he was nub anyway..

because of the recession nexon was forced to fire around 40 employees in teh vancouver north american department and shut it down in order to protect the overal standing of the parent company. This is why sugarrush was put on hold because it was being published in vancouver. So nexon is having a difficult time right now, but even so you can see that there was a huge improvement had u played a few years ago.
