Connection failed?

When I click "Singapore" in the gateway selection screen, maple lags a bit and then I get this notice : "Connection failed due to system error. Please try again later." What does system error mean? Nothing's wrong with my laptop, it's just fine. Nothing wrong with my internet either. I just disabled my firewall to give it a try but I still get the same error. Any help is greatly appreciated.

They are probably performing a server check or a patch.
