Is a ACC +36, STR +13, W.ATK 103 Maple Karsten worth 30m? Im not sure if i want to get it or not.... Could you please tell me how off the price is if it isnt worth that? Or any other hybrid spearman weapon alternatives i could get?

I would say it's worth it. I was using my maple karsten till 4th job. I was using it for typhon training because they need quite a bit of accuracy to hit and are cheap on pots. I was able to move to different training spots like himes early too. I still use my maple snowboard that is 106/10 just because I like the attack speed over my zedbug.

A karstan is probably the best polearm a hybrid dk can get, besides the red surfboard of course (not if you're very low on accuracy though). A 103 atk karstan for 30mil, sounds just a bit too much for me, but it's still a decent deal nonetheless.
