With the new TOA of Nexon, which i think most of you blew off, had some very unbelievable text with in. if you (have/use/distribute/host/LINK) any hacks, bypassers, autoclickers, decryption programs, cheats, memory altering scripts, memory scanning programs, or any codes that give you an unfair advantage, or any bots, or have a privet server YOU ARE OBLIGATED TO GIVE NEXON $100,000 FOR EACH PROGRAM and if that is not bad enough, if you play, or engaged in the use of any NEXON game on a privet server, you owe them $1,000 for EACH TIME you use a privet server. link That is the part of the TOA that this comes from

I posted a thread about this... like... before the .68 patch? And no. You are STILL obligated to pay 1000$. From the first time you agreed to the ToS, you agreed to any changes that they make to the ToS.

Except, they can only sue you for damages, and unless you went around hacking peoples' accounts , the damages you incur should be less than a dollar.

No, the money's for damages , so if you don't do crap, then nothing will happen. That's what I think, anyways.
