Here's my Pokemon: Empoleon, lvl. 46 Kricketune, lvl. 43 Umbreon, lvl. 42 Gardevoir, lvl. 42 I'm at the way to the 8th badge. Is it a good team? Btw I'm currently working on the last two pokemon and thinking which one should I choose. I plan to EV train Kricketune in attack, Umbreon in Sp. Def. and Gardevoir in Sp. Atk. Once I get 3 Pokemon I'll stop training Empoleon.

You do know that teams aren't meant for the E4 but for wifi battling? Because you doing all this effort when your 4 pokemon team could easily sweap it, doesn't make sense to to Ev train and all...

And what you mean by I'm doing all this effort?

You shouldn't be EV training, changing movesets, switching around pokemon for the 'best effect' and all before the E4. That stuff is all after you beat the E4. For E4 all you have to do is walk in with a lv 50+ starter and 3 other pokemon lv 40+. Bang, instant win. Heck, I beat it with a level 60 infernape and level 20 hm slaves

Your pokemon are behind on levels. I'm almost at the 8th gym as well, and my Infernape is already 61 while my Jolteon, Starmie, Porygon-Z, Luxray are around 53-54.

Then where should I train? Where can I find a good place to use the Vs. Seeker? Because I haven't avoided that much trainer, I just haven't trained in the wild.
