Ok So ibought a PS3 today and I wanted to play online on Call of Duty World at War and it tells me I need to update to 2.70 (currently 2.50) and It always tells me an error occurs amd doesn't start the download I can get an internet connection (I'm wireless) HELP

Well, you could always get the Wii. It has awesome games and decent online and if your interested in FPS Wii will soon have The Conduit.

That has nothing to do with firmware updates.... If all else fails, I think you can go to the site and download the update via your computer. Just copy it to a flash drive or something.
