If every 4th job had a onyx apple plus PERFECT SCROLLED equips and same everything wg, pac etc. Who would be the strongest?

On a single target it would probably be nightlord... On 3 targets: hero, and on 10+ targets: I/L mage.

Corsair or BM. NLs fall behind by a nice amount without SE. This only for 1v1. Mobs, paladins. Small mobs, heroes and DrK. AoE, mages.
