My sister gets EVERYTHING. It started last sunday. I'm going to get my new DSi and my dad goes "do you think it really is a good idea?" and I say ya and he rants at me for all this crap. And then my sister asks and my dad practically goes and buys it for her. I thought oh they were just being nice to her cause she is younger and blah. (P.S she is only 2 years younger she is 12) But no Yesterday she got to sleep over at her friends house. No big deal right? She asked for 1 more night tonight and my parents say no come home now. She calls 10 minutes later and asks in that hole Daddies girl voice and they say ok fine. Double sleep over I never got one. But It doesn't end there. Then my parents ask me to do a boat load of chores for god sakes and it's 10 I just want to relax. But no I HAVE to do them tonight. I refuse and now I am grounded +++ She doesn't EVER have to do any chores maybe 2 a week well I do everything. Do my parents hate me? NEW EDIT: instead of buying the DSi I thought I might get a laptop but they freaked. Today my sister is going out to get a new laptop. WTH. Short: My sister gets to do what ever. And I get nothing. If you read thanks a bunch I'm pretty sad right now.

I don't think they're exactly 'hating you'. But cause kids nowadays get pretty much whatever you want, and 2 years could make a difference. She's younger, and she's a girl. So your parents might be more of a pushover.

My mom bought my 2 year old sister a tv that hangs on her wall in her room to watch tree house. And no1 can touch that tv except her or when she needs help fixing it or changing the ch.
