Training fora 9x Outlaw?

So after moving into the 9xes, I'm at a loss at where to train. Most people would probably say Newties at this point, but I didn't anticipate going Newties early and put my points into Ice/Flamethrower (currently 25/17, respectively). Right now I've tried both Newties and Typhon-sniping - both get me ~20%/h or a little less. I have a few questions: 1) will mobbing Typhons with a Flame/Ice macro be faster than sniping? I get a lot more EXP per shot at Typhons than I do at Newties, but there's the trouble of getting knocked off the map and getting away from Typhon mobs that reduces my %/h there (Typhons exp/shot is ~450, Newties is 350-400. Windraiders is 400.) 2) how is Gobies for me now? My flamethrower isn't that great yet, so I'm not sure how I'd handle the mobs of Gobies... the training guide says use IS, but I'm not sure about using a skill that's weaker than burst... For reference, I have pretty nice equips - my range at 91 is 1258-2232. Anyone have any suggestions?

well first off get ice up to 26 1)as far as mobbing with flame and ice, it isn't too different from sniping newties some argue that it's better some say its worse either way the difference isnt huge. I never really tried typhons but I've heard there exp is on par with or abit better then newties. 2)you can do gobies you dont need flame you can just use invisable shot if it's still stronger. - you can even now go to gobies with flamethrower and ice, but I'm not too sure how the exp will be. -bursting instead of invisable shot is still very quick, I think i was killing mobs at around the same speed with burst as I did with IS Have you tried that nightshadow map? it's not too bad if you're going the mobbing route.

I don't get why people tell people to get ice to 26, when ice to 25 hits 6 as equally. Timing problem? Anyways though I tried NS, and Newts. Personally I'm more for newts than NS, cause my octo build leads me to kill newts faster than NS. Typhons are ok but mobbing becomes a bit....hectic if your Ice/Flame/IS doesn't hit the same ones over and over and gathers a ginormous group of typhons storming you. But if you're flame/ice build, kents should be good until 10x I think. O and just in case you needed to know, my atk is higher at that lvl so I killed newts fairly fast.

Okay, now I'm level 94 and I'm still not sure what to train on. In two levels I'll have max FT and 26 ice. I'd like to go Nightshadows, but I'm not sure how it is. People have also suggested Typhon mobbing, but I'm not sure how efficient it is compared to sniping. Not much has changed from the OP, so does anyone else have any input?

if you continue to train at typhons when they knock u off the map try spamming gun booster and you wont fall out of map, instead you'll be on an invisible floor where you can cc and continue training =]

I know this question doesn't really apply to yours, but if its any consolation im a few lvs below u and i am having the same issue. But my question is, what are your equips? your range is quite good, assuming that is without an attack pot, which i assume it is. I have decent equips as well as your range, i estimate, will be higher than mine when i reach that lv, so i was wondering what your equips are? Sorry, again, for being so off topic..but im quite curious xD
