Does anyone know a good skill set-up so I can use SR, and Heal and just hold it down without dying? I usually tend to train for 4 hours straight and Healing and SRing in those 4 hours tends to hurt my fingers. I tried SR, Heal, Heal, but I died. Heal, SR, Heal, but died also, and Heal, Heal, SR. If there isn't a way, I guess I'll just get some ice-packs and use them while I train. Thanks a bunch.

Uhh your fingers shouldn't be hurting. Make sure you're not tense while you're playing, and don't play for extended periods of time. Also make sure you have good hand support to avoid carpal tunnel. I wouldn't recommend ice packs...

I didnt use macros for SR-Heal, if i were you i wouldnt either. You have free reign over your controls w/o macros. If i were you, id *get hit* heal then SR quickly, heal, heal, SR, heal heal SR. Remember to Heal quickly after each time you get hit and to SR when you are in the "Invincible" mode.

CsengerGet used to it. In a few days, your fingers won't hurt anymore.

To what keys do you have your Shining Ray and Heal assigned? I've never had a problem with my fingers hurting. My Heal is mapped to the Space Bar so it just takes a tap with my thumb. No pain. EDIT: You train for four hours regularly? Here's a suggestion: don't. No computer game is worth that much pain. Remember, it IS just a game, not a job.
