Fastest leveler.

What's the fastest leveler for a medium funded Pirate? And which is most fun? I know that's based on opinion. Also, I just came back to Maple and I'm really confused... What's a Brawler? lol Is that the basic Pirate?

I've had both. In my opinion, Gunslingers are more fun. Brawlers are more powerful in 2nd job, though. Gunslingers are the best later on and are extremely cheap.

They lack in power in 1st and 2nd, but gain it in 3rd and 4th. 1st and 2nd job goes to brawlers in leveling, 3rd job slingers start to catch up and 4th job they can do better. But the brawler may still be better on mobs, dunno.

Plus we are faster attacking then maruader...soo...yeah. we really dont.

To be honest, Gunslinges are not worth all the hell levels. Brawlers essentially own everything and have strengths where many other similar classes lack. For example, in LMPQ, brawlers can kick upwards with somersault kick but my fighter has to pull off a swing if I want to hit the monsters on the platforms.

Sure, gunslingers in 4th job show a massive improvement but I'm looking at it fun-wise. Brawler has a selection of attacks which will make you consider to think of combinations of attacks and they deal a far amount of damage. On the other hand, Gunslingers have a fast attacking rate and have some useful skills for fighting. Gunslingers aren't known for being the 'Damage geeks' but still, they give a good experience. In the end, it's really up to you but ^Here's^ some things to think about to make your decision.

Brawlers are superior in 1st and 2nd job till around the 60s Gunslingers are superior in 3rd thanks to the higher accuracy and more choices in training (Like Newts at late 80s) 4th it's pretty even. Gunslingers having the highest DPM can tank down monsters quickly, while Brawlers can mob.

Not about pirates but... I will have to say fastest levelers are poison mages. This guy in my guild went from 85-105 in 2 days.. He's probably even higher now, I logged off. Skele training ftw?
