How come when i reset my dex i lowered it from 25 to 15 and i put it on str i didntget any weapon attack? (My damage range didnt change) Do u know y or is this normal?

You got lucky? It is only suppose to take 1 away. Don't know why u didn't get an attack boost. 10 str should increase it by at least 1
