I just began bellocan, and I have 16k to my name, how can i get mesos? I was thinking of selling my rice cake hat, but it looks so cool =(. Please suggest anything i can do.

With 3m you have enough money to afford pots and level up till you can do the quests that make you money. Look in the general section, its stickied.

Train/pq til level 21, at level 21 kpq all the way to level 30 (unless you feel confident that you can get the chair thing in less than 9 levels from ariant pq). At level 30, do cpq til you get a necklace or 2 til level 35, at level 35 you should be able to do sakura cellions.(or you could train, you might not get a good party at level 30.) When they become bad exp (maybe level 40...?) go do cpq. Also, don't forget the level 36 quest in NLC, there's one with a scroll you can sell for 5-7 mil. at level 50, go leprechauns.
