lacking level 1 skills?

I have a lvl 50+ cleric which i have not played for quite some time...n did not add my 3 skill points since i last lvled...recently i started playing this char again but found that i could not add my skill point to my level 2 skills(Teleport, Holy arrow++) It says, "You're lacking level one skills." This is ridiculous as i've added all these skills before. Then, I tried adding my level one skills(improving HP Recovery) and it works...sian...wasted my 1 skill point...can;t even lvl now for fear that i'll still be stuck with this bug! Any solutions?I wan add my 2 remaining Skill Points to my level 2 skills!

um a cleric doesnt have improving hp recovery, two it means you screwed up your stats or build before, what did you do put magic armor or energy bolt? you need mp recovery and mp gain at maximum

1 - Mages will never have Improving HP Recovery you moron. 2 - You messed up on your skill build. 3 - Just quit. If you're level 50 and didn't notice this, you fail.

No actually i'll tell you all what happened. If he quit before they added beginner skills then when he came back they gave him 3 sp. So he's confused and thought the 3sp was used for the second job skills but they really weren't that's why he could only apply them to his beginner skills. One of the beginner skills is the HP recovery skill. So all of you flamers need to learn what you're talking about and shut up.
