Squishy Shoe Drop Rate

What do you think the drop rate is? Out of 18 KPQ's I did, 6 shoes dropped. Is anyone else finding the 33% drop rate? Also, what stats are your shoes? I think the average is +1 to all stats 3 speed 10 Physical Defense 5 Magical Defense

2 str 2 dex 1 int 1 luk 3 speed and 10 w.def 5 md.ef 5 slots. took me more than 20 pqs to get one. but i also got the kingslime card =]
