She'll be mad mostly because she would get the feeling that you don't care about her/don't respect her, etc. She won't necessarily be mad because you forgot.

the problem i get, is that i don't know how fast to go. like i don't want it to be uncomfrotable for them but i mean ppl tell me girls have sexual urges too so what am i suppose to do

It's not only girls, some guys can be just as complicated and hard to understand. Girls like feeling special. They're sensitive and need their respect. They hate being insulted, and almost anything insults them (normally, unless you're very close). Also, guys categorise all the girls they know by ranks in Love>Friends>Acquaintance. While girls categorise all the guys they know by boxes in Love/Friends/Acquaintance. Once you're their friend, it's hard to get any closer since they just don't wanna risk ruining something "perfect". Well, that's all I've learnt. >.> Edit; Funny thing is, most girls don't even know this. Only a proper psychologist would, or a studier of the human psychology. :P
