BasilMarket's Next Top Mapler Is: Not Yet Known Top Photo Acstars The person with the top photo for each photoshoot will be featured here until the next winner of the next photoshoot. Introduction and Rules 4/10/2009 I'm continuing the contest with 6-8 contestants that's similar to America's Next Top Model (i got the idea off it). Basically, you must dress up your character and take a screen shot with a theme (that I choose) and your dress up must match. There is no talking (unless told) in the photoshoots. If you do not get your photo in on time, you will be eliminated by default. PLEASE NOTE THAT EVEN IF SOMEONE IS ELIMINATED BY DEFAULT, THERE WILL STILL BE AN ELIMINATION. Side note: there is no speech at all allowed in photoshoots. this includes npc speech, character speech, and pet speech. there are to be no speech bubbles! I WILL NOT be biased according to NX. Every set amount of hours, there will be an elimination and one person will be eliminated from being able to be BNTM. If you do not send a screen shot without notice, you will be eliminated automatically. (there are exceptions. for example, if you are going on vacation. i will ask you to do your photo shoot in advance and send me the picture) you MUST send the screen shot to me with the hp and mp stuff cropped out and in a link that I can see! Photos must be cropped in a rectangular manner! All your photos must be a one person photo unless told otherwise. Ad PhotoShoots 1) You are allowed to talk 2) If you are using bannedstory, you are allowed to edit in a speech bubble 3) Other bannedstory rules still apply 4) Ads still must remain one person (you can't have a second person to promote your photo) Bannedstory is only allowed if your maplestory is not working. If you are using bannedstory, you are limited to these rules: 1) All items must be available in GMS 2) If you use nx items, you cannot have a background 3) If you aren't using nx items, you may have a background 4) All items used must be available to your class and level 5) All monsters in the background (if you use one) must be available at THAT MAP. I don't want to see zakum in henesys hunting ground. Concerning Cash Shop Preview, the same rules apply as they do bannedstory. you are not allowed a background if you have nx items on you. If you ARE using bannedstory, and are using nx items, you are not allowed to have a background because you are considered having an advantage. One note from the judges- we prefer you DO NOT use bannedstory because of the following reasons: 1) Some contestants feel it's unfair 2) You do not have a background to support your photo. The whiteness looks bad 3) This was meant to be a non-bannedstory event. You should only be using bannedstory IF MAPLESTORY DOES NOT WORK I wi |
