Many of you have been stating that my thesis is very week. That is correct. I have now changed my thesis. I will now ask if my new thesis is okay. My following two assertions are: Terrorism is one of the greatest causes of physical, and psychological havoc in the world. Terrorism has impacted, and severely harmed many countries economies. What could be my third assertion? I'm asking for a decent, to excellent assertion that will fit in with my thesis, and can be argued with factual evidence (this is a factual essay).

In the past when terrorism was dealt with more political care and caution, it has shown dramatic improvement. It only works though if you can find sources about places where that has happened. It would help because it would include the poisitves from following your initiative, not just the negatives that still occur if you do not follow your initiative.

Your assertions need to reflect your thesis.

If it isn't a thesis that was given to you, you should try sprucing it up a bit too. "A negative effect to humanity" is really weak. A mosquito could be a negative effect to humanity too. If your assertions are trying to emphasize how bad terrorism is, it won't help much if your thesis just calls it "a negative effect."

Sorry, not a good essay because your topic is too much of a truism. Think about it: it'd be nearly impossible to argue that terrorism is positive for humanity and shouldn't be regarded with more care and caution. There's no clash.
