Permanent CPQ char

I have funding of 500mil ( thats how much I'm willing to spend before I quit.. when I quit I'll spend all my money) so I have 500mil to spend to make a perma CPQ character to beat everyone :D I want to help out the new people in CPQ so the future of MS will be much better :] my question is, what character should I make that will benefit everyone?

I'm just playing, but I'm not gonna get to far :] I WOULD make a dexless fighter, but I already had problems with one so... yeah...

I really wanna say Brawler/Sin/Fighter Brawlers have corkscrew which moves them up close to a monster. Then you can DU and FF Rombots in stage 5/6 quickly. It also enables invincibility Sins have mobility and high damage of course so yeah Fighters can demolish mobs quickly with FA and attack really fast n_n

if you reall wanna help "noobs" you dunt u just give everone in cpq room 1mill each :O dats 500 ppl lol. or just give one person 500mill and hes gonna have a heart attack at that moment. OR OR OR wait near the Lith Harbor Ship, wait for a noob to come and say YOU WON 500mill. and trade him the money and hes gonna either not know how much moeny 500mill is and buy a crap item for 500mill or smarter noob will just faint :P
