I saw there is a quest to get it in NLC but it is it true it's 50+? If I'm gonna buy one, how much are they worth in Windia?

there level 43.

But you get the weapon from a quest that requires level 50.

The quest to get it requires you to be level 50, but you can equip the weapon at level 43, which is why many people often buy their nocturnal, and then do the quest once they are a high enough level, see if one ends up stronger than the other, and sell the weaker of the two.

Only mages get the nocturnal staff from the quests, the other classes get something different. (ex. Archers get dimond arrows lol).
