need help on my legs ASAP

i have to go running with my friend in 1 hour, but my legs still hurt from yesterday. is it possible to reduce the pain in anyway? im trying to massage the leg muscles, but it hurts alot. it hurts to even walk or run.. help!

Pain relievers and your supposed to ice/wrap it after running. I do track and get leg pains all the time, just pop 2 pills it should lessen the pain. Wow are you guys really suggesting pain "killers" for leg pains, you have to be out of your mind.
