It's funny how dumb people are in offering on new items. I've got this rice cakie hat & I went to FM to sell it, some guy just offered 20m. Accepted it & walked away. It's so easily obtained by henesys pq, Lol.

Henesys PQ, gather 30 rice cakes then clear the PQ with 10 of em. Give the last 20, to tory at the map after & talk to her again & obtain the hat.
