What's your favorite generation of pokemon?

Yes, an actual thread. I'm curious. 1st gen: Red/Blue/Yellow 2nd gen: Silver/Gold/Crystal 3rd gen: Fire Red/Leaf Green/Sapphire/Ruby/Emerald (They all pretty much came out at the same time....) 4th gen: Diamond/Pearl/Platinum I think 3rd was my favorite. I dunno why. Quality wise, it got better and it still had variety while staying on the good ol' GBA system.

Silver/Gold/Crystal because It's the first one I played, and idk I just like it more than the others.

numero one. cuz u cant beat classic pokemon. u just cant. i got fire red and it had better graphics but i still think the original red and yellow versions kick arse.
