To liqidsnake: Lol, Pac-man, anyways, yes that is a cape, its supposed to be that aerial wave cape thing. i wanted to do a different approach on it but apparently i failed

I love how everyone can draw great drawings during class. When I doodle in class i end up with a page full of pac-man. On topic: It looks cool. Can't tell if the zigzag on her back is supposed to be her cape or not. If it is then it looks unnatural.
