Oddly enough, you get the light bulb quests based on the time of your computer. If it's not synced with PST, you get the unknown error when accepting the quest.

I got the same thing except it says TODAY instead of TOMORROW. Not sure how to fix this error but it doesn't seem to be a free slots problem. To whoever says it only works on sundays, i get a message that says it IS sunday. Well, now u know ur not the only one with this problem.
